- How often will I receive my financial reports?
- Monthly bookkeeping clients receive Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports each month. You also get email support for quick money questions throughout the month.
- Do you prepare taxes?
- We do not prepare or file tax returns. We keep your books clean and organized for your tax professional so your CPA can work from accurate records. If you need a CPA referral, we can point you to trusted local professionals.
- What software do you use?
- We primarily work in cloud accounting software. We also support integrations with common payment processors, bill pay tools, and document-sharing tools. Everything is handled through secure cloud platforms with bank-level encryption.
